Refund and Returns Policy

Route 40 Supply aims to provide a clear and straightforward return process so customers can shop with confidence. If an item does not meet your expectations, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility
Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • No visible signs of wear or damage
  • Original packaging must be included

Returns that show signs of use or are missing packaging may not be approved.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us by email and include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • A brief explanation for the return

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not currently provide prepaid return labels.

If a return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving an incorrect or damaged item), please contact us so the issue can be reviewed and resolved appropriately.

Refund Process
Returned items are inspected upon arrival. If the item meets the return requirements, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but most refunds are completed within a few business days after approval.
Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or variation, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item received
  • Photos of the shipping box and label

Please retain all packaging until the issue is resolved.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. These items will be clearly identified where applicable.
