Orders are processed during regular business days. Most orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
In some cases, additional processing time may be required due to stock verification or order volume. If delays occur, orders will still be processed as quickly as possible. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided via email.

We ship orders within the United States using standard shipping carriers selected based on destination and package size.

We currently offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete address details may result in delivery delays.
If an address appears incomplete, we may attempt to contact you for confirmation; however, orders are shipped based on the information provided at checkout.
Undeliverable or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will notify you once the package is received.
You may choose to:
- Reship the order to a corrected address (additional shipping charges may apply), or
- Cancel the order for a refund of the item price (shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable)
Damaged Items During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the shipping box and label
Please keep all packaging materials until the review process is complete.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows delays, stops updating, or indicates delivery but the package cannot be located, please contact us. We will assist in reviewing the issue with the shipping carrier.
